About Your Trainer

Welcome to the exciting world of paragliding training with Dimitris Hondros, a highly experienced and certified trainer and tandem operator. Dimitris has been passionate about paragliding since 1996, when he took his first lessons in the beautiful city of Chania, Crete. His journey into the skies began with his maiden flight at Falasarna in July of the same year.

Certification and Experience

Dimitris’s dedication to paragliding has led him to achieve multiple certifications, making him one of the most qualified trainers in the region:

Trainer’s License: Awarded on April 21, 2012
Tandem Paragliding Diploma: Earned on October 28, 2013
APPI Instructor: Certified since July 14, 2015

With over two decades of experience and a solid foundation of expertise, Dimitris is committed to providing comprehensive and safe paragliding training for all levels of enthusiasts, from beginners to advanced pilots.
