Welcome to Skyland! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the services we offer, including Tandem Flights, Paragliding Training, and Hiking Tours in Chania, Crete.

Skyland provides the following services:

• Tandem Flights
• Paragliding Training
• Hiking Tours

3. Eligibility and Participation

Hiking Tours:
Our hiking tours are not suitable for:

• Pregnant women
• Individuals with mobility issues
• Blind individuals

The price of hiking tours does not include food and entrance tickets to the gorge.

Paragliding Services:
Our paragliding services are not suitable for:

• Individuals with heart conditions
• Pregnant women
• Individuals with severe mobility or balance problems
• Individuals with back or joint problems
• Individuals under 16 years old without parental consent

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Skyland reserves the right to reschedule or cancel activities. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Skyland is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. However, participation in our activities is at your own risk. Skyland is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during participation in our services.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.
